Just fyi: we give priority to animals first, humans next. This means if we are at a client's home caring for an animal, we will not be on the phone talking business.

We also prioritize people with work being done for them over people who do not. Priority for returning messages is to existing clients with animals in our care, followed by existing clients with upcoming jobs, followed by new clients or new job inquiries. We do this to ensure customer satisfaction over all else.
